Edge , an advanced technology Emirati group, will partner with Israel Aerospace Industries to develop an advanced anti-drone system (C-UAS) suitable for the UAE market, with broader benefits for the region and beyond.
Comprised of advanced 3D radar, communications intelligence and electro-optics technologies integrated into a unified command and control system, C-UAS is fully autonomous and requires no human intervention.
A range of countermeasures, ranging from soft death solutions such as impersonation and jamming, to hard death capabilities such as lasers and electromagnetic pulses, are offered depending on the level of threat and the l target operating environment.

Edge’s subsidiary, SIGN4L, a leading provider of electronic warfare solutions and services for national security, will work with IAI.
This collaboration marks a new era of cooperation between the two countries. Israel had participated for the first time in the International Defense Exhibition (Idex) held recently in Abu Dhabi.
